General Description of Work:

Upgrading the existing main switchboard and distribution system.
Installing sub mains to enhance power distribution within the facility.
Final circuit wiring for luminaires, power outlets, equipment, and appliances.
Implementing cable containment, including ladders, cable trays, catenaries, and supports.
Incorporating a high-end lighting system, encompassing luminaires and their installation.
Installing a communications cabling system to facilitate seamless connectivity.
Deployment of high-end Audio/Visual (A/V) Systems to enhance technological capabilities.

Coordination with other trades during the installation works to ensure a seamless process.
Supply and installation of a new internal Main Switchboard (MSB) rated at 100A, 3 phase, 415/240 V, 50Hz.
Supply and installation of all lighting circuits, fittings, wiring, and switching.
