Vision of the North Daveron Park (VFN) is presently dedicated to establishing a "hub" of services designed to address a wide spectrum of educational, health, social, and spiritual needs. This hub model aims to provide comprehensive support, including pathways for children from birth to year 12 and beyond. The identified focal point for this initiative is to bring families together and meet their evolving needs throughout various phases of life. The project involves the construction of new education buildings that foster flexible learning in multiple areas.

General Description of Work:
Installation of a new 1250 amp service with significant upgrades to the electrical infrastructure.
Implementation of new underground infrastructure to connect existing and new buildings throughout the area.
Installation of sub mains to facilitate power distribution in the new buildings.
Final circuit wiring for luminaires, power outlets, equipment, and appliances.
Cable containment, including ladders, cable trays, catenaries, and supports.
Implementation of a high-end lighting system, encompassing luminaires and installation.
Deployment of an intelligent lighting control system integrated with AV systems.
Landscape lighting and landscape power distribution throughout the landscape area.
Installation of a comprehensive communications cabling system.
Deployment of intercom, Duress Alarm, Reed Switches, and CCTV System.
Installation of high-end Audio/Visual (A/V) Systems.
Coordination with other trades during installation works.
Supply and installation of a new internal Main Switchboard (MSB) rated at 250A - 500A, 3 phase, 415/240 V, 50Hz.
Supply and installation of all lighting circuits, fittings, wiring, and switching.
Supply and installation of dedicated power circuits for electrical/mechanical plant and other equipment.
Installation of a complete building security and smoke detection system.
