The new stables at the southern end of the racecourse have been meticulously designed in collaboration with trainers. The facility comprises four barns accommodating 30 horses each, along with two additional barns catering to 22 horses. QES has played a pivotal role in designing the infrastructure and lighting to complement the world-class stables and horse training facilities. The incorporation of smart technology and WiFi control facilitates efficient management of lighting and the electrical metering system.

General Description of Work:
Installation of a new 300 amp service with significant upgrades to the electrical infrastructure.
Installation of sub mains to each stable to ensure optimal power distribution.
Final circuit wiring for luminaires, power outlets, equipment, and appliances.
Implementation of cable containment, including ladders, cable trays, catenaries, and supports.
Integration of a high-end lighting system, including luminaires and their installation.
Implementation of an intelligent lighting control system for efficient light management.
Installation of a communications cabling system to support seamless connectivity.
Installation of intercom, alarms, and a fire detection system for enhanced safety measures.
Coordination with other trades during installation works to ensure a cohesive process.
Supply and installation of a new internal Main Switchboard (MSB) rated at 200A, 3 phase, 415/240 V, 50Hz.
Supply and installation of all lighting circuits, fittings, wiring, and switching.
Provision of external cabling reticulation for car park flood lighting and general garden/access lighting.
Supply and installation of dedicated power circuits for electrical/mechanical plant and other equipment.
Installation of a complete building security and smoke detection system as specified, along with the required power supply.
